About the Author

I have been working as a travel & tourism technology consultant since 1995. In 2007 I co-founded Rezgo, a cloud based software as a service reservation platform for tour and activity operators.  Rezgo is now well respected brand with members on every continent (except Antartica) and triple digit annual growth.  I am also very active in fostering tourism technology and I am the current Chair of the Board of Directors of the OpenTravel Alliance, a non-profit organizations focused on development of messaging standards for travel e-distribution.  I am an avid public speaker and I have presented at conferences around the Globe.  I particularly enjoy speaking to business people who want to learn more about technology but don’t what all the technical jargon.  If you would like me to speak at your conference or event, let me know.  I don’t speak to live, I live to speak.

I am a graduate of Capilano University, a certified Commercial Pilot, and I hold a certificate in IT Management.
